ISO COMPLIANCE AUDIT.

We believe and are made to understand that, Energy audits are not just sufficient to meet the objective. One needs to continually monitor and improvise on the achievements. In this perspective, It is important to comply to the ISO 50001 standards.

For any energy efficiency measure, energy conservation is predominant and always over rides the need for energy efficiency. To augment the need for energy conservation, the condition assessment and upkeep of the assets is very significant. In this aspect, we support our clients in ISO 55001 standard compliance.

When ISO 50001 and 55001 are complied, the energy consumption is optimised and the system performs smoothly. However, the impact of supporting systems and accessories need to be safe. Hence the compliance to ISO 45001 standards is important.

INFRARED THERMOGRAPHY.

It is a thermal analysis Instrument to assess the wellbeing of an asset. It is important to confirm that the asset is properly placed in operation and avoids overheating and eventually the blowout of the asset. It is also considered to be a useful method for preventative maintenance of all movable/abrasive mechanical assets and electrical contacts.

Vibration analysis

One of the factors inducing equipment breakdown is improper or loose mounting or week foundation. To identify the possibility, it is important to check the rise in vibrations caused due to any possible reasons. Timely vibration analysis prevents waste of energy and loss of valuable assets.

WATER FOOTPRINT, WATER AUDIT.

Water and energy are two faces of the coin.Any use of unjustified use results into loss of the other. Hence for optimised consumption of water, optimised energy use is fundamental requirement. It is this factor that draws us to water balance. Hence the Water audit.

FUEL SWITCHING, RENEWABLE ENERGY FEASIBILITY EVALUATION

Carbon emissions is a measure of sustainable growth. Apart from electrical energy the use of fuels is a major cause of concern as fuels emit large quantity of pollutants primarily consisting of CO2. Sunshubh undertakes to execute the remedial measures discussed in the report to prove that they really are executable and achievable. However the challenge is, as energy auditors we undertake not to extend any supply services. But Sunshubh undertakes to supervise the measures when initiated either by internal resources or third party.
